Cancellation policy

All orders can be cancelled until the start of production. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours by email (support@petillu.com) or here. Once the production and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

The right of revocation does not exist with contracts for the supply of goods, which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is relevant or which are clearly cut to the personal needs of the consumer.

We ask for your understanding that we can neither offer an exchange nor a return. Each order and each drawing is unique - designed and printed for one customer only. A resale of our personalized products would not be possible in case of returns, which is why the right of withdrawal (according to § 312g Abs. 2 Satz 1 Nr. 1 BGB) does not apply to us. If your order has justified defects, e.g. due to transport damage or printing errors, please contact us immediately after delivery.

Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation according to the following provision, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor his independent professional activity:

A. REVOCATION INSTRUCTION

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

In the case of contracts for the delivery of goods, the revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the last goods.

In the case of contracts for the delivery of data not on a physical data carrier, which are produced and provided in digital form (digital content), the revocation period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

In order to execute your right of revocation, you must inform us (Justus Senker E-Commerce & Marketing, Obere Auenstraße 7, 83700 Rottach-Egern, Germany, Telephone: +49 (0) 8022 6649970, E-Mail: support@petillu.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the attached sample revocation form, which is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this Agreement. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.

In the case of contracts for the supply of goods, we may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day you notify us of the cancellation of this agreement. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

We do not issue the refund if:

• your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  
  

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of revocation does not exist with contracts for the supply of goods, which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is relevant or which are clearly cut to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of revocation expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of digital content if we have commenced with the execution of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we will commence with the execution of the contract before the end of the revocation period and you have confirmed to us that you are aware of the fact that you will lose your right of revocation by giving your consent when the execution of the contract commences.

Affiliated/financed transactions

If you finance this contract through a loan and revoke it later, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are also your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation with regard to the financing. If we have already received the loan when the revocation becomes effective or when the goods are returned, your lender will enter into our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives). If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, make use of your right of revocation and also revoke the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of revocation for this.
